Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and a confirmation email/voucher is issued.
• Customers must provide accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices may exclude taxes, visa fees, insurance, or personal expenses unless stated otherwise.
• Payment methods accepted: [Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, UPI, etc.]
• Full payment must be completed before travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• Refund amounts depend on the time of cancellation and supplier policies.
• Non-refundable services (flights, hotels, permits) will not be refunded.
• Processing fees may apply.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

Amendments & Changes

• Changes to bookings are subject to availability and additional charges.
• Name changes, date changes, or itinerary modifications may incur fees.
• Some services may not allow amendments after confirmation.

Travel Documents & Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visa, permits, and vaccinations.
• Passport validity must meet destination requirements.
• Kamal Aviation Tours is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions due to document issues.

Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• Insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and personal accidents.
• We are not liable for losses that could have been covered by insurance.

Liability Disclaimer

• Kamal Aviation Tours acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators).
• We are not liable for delays, injuries, losses, accidents, or natural disasters beyond our control.
• Force majeure events (weather, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions) are not our responsibility.

Health & Safety

• Customers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect travel.
• Participation in adventure activities is at your own risk.
• We reserve the right to deny service if a traveller is deemed unfit for travel.

Behaviour & Conduct

• Travelers must respect local laws, cultures, and regulations.
• Misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.
• Any damage caused by the traveller will be their responsibility.

Intellectual Property

• All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Kamal Aviation Tours.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Privacy Policy

• Personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Agra India.
